Location: Homebased
Salary: £ 29,215 per annum plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 per week, This is a shift-based role and will require you to be flexible and available to work Monday to Friday, between 8 am – 6 pm

  • You'll handle a variety of customer queries related to our key strategic products
  • Your goal is to resolve issues on the first contact—leaving customers happy
  • You’ll be empowered to spot opportunities where additional products could help customers
  • You’ll use your knowledge and rapport-building skills to spark interest in those products
  • You’ll aim to turn every interaction into a positive experience for the customer
