About this Role

We are seeking a talented and user-focused Senior UI/UX Product Designer to drive end-to-end product design for impactful digital solutions across web and mobile platforms. This role plays a key part in creating intuitive, accessible, and user-centred experiences that align with business objectives while solving real user challenges. Working closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers, the successful candidate will take ownership of the design process from discovery through to delivery, ensuring high-quality design outcomes that deliver measurable value.

What you’ll do

Lead the end-to-end design process for assigned products and initiatives, from discovery and ideation through to delivery.Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, style guides, and scalable design standards.Develop user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile experiences.Champion usability, accessibility, and inclusive design principles across all products.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, consistency, and quality.Conduct and support user research activities, usability testing, and validation exercises.Translate user insights, business objectives, and data-driven findings into meaningful design solutions.Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and project teams.Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes, tools, and methodologies.Support the integration of emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, into product experiences where appropriate.

Who you are

  • 4+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related discipline.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful, user-centred design work across digital products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate, present, and justify design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.

Nice to have:

  • Experience designing AI-powered products or integrating AI capabilities into the design process.
  • Knowledge of design tokens and scalable design systems.
  • Experience conducting moderated and unmoderated usability testing.
  • Motion design, animation, or micro-interaction prototyping experience.
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals to support effective design handovers.
