About this Role

We are seeking a Frontend React & Next.js Developer with a minimum of three years’ relevant experience to develop and maintain high-quality, semantic and accessible web applications. This role focuses on building reusable UI components, delivering responsive and performant user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3, alongside a commitment to continuous learning, knowledge sharing and technical

What you’ll do

Develop semantic and accessible UI components in line with best practices and accessibility standards.Build responsive user interfaces that perform effectively across a variety of devices and screen sizes.Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and promote shared learning.Continuously enhance the codebase through refactoring and technical improvements.Collaborate with designers, backend developers and stakeholders to deliver cohesive user experiences.Identify, troubleshoot and resolve frontend defects and performance-related issues.Stay informed about emerging frontend technologies, tools and industry trends, sharing insights with the wider team.Maintain clear technical documentation covering code, processes and architectural decisions.Conduct manual testing across multiple browsers to ensure quality, consistency and functionality.

Who you are

Minimum 3 years of relevant frontend development experience.Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3.Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Nice to Have

• Experience with automated testing tools for frontend applications.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Exposure to performance optimisation techniques for large-scale applications.
• Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) beyond foundational concepts.
