Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

Your role in a nutshell:

Build and deploy campaigns and lead-nurturing programmes using our marketing automation tools (Eloqua); setup and execute tactical tasks associated with customised landing pages, e-mail campaigns and lead scoring rules. Create a marketing dashboard of key performance indicators that is automatically updated to reflect current marketing activity. Co-create/assist in designing integrated digital media campaigns including email, webinars, online ads, web site landing pages & whitepaper programs with the UK EBU Marketing Team. Responsible for the quality, quantity and updates of the UK EBU Marketing contact database to support the businesses’ lead generation objectives. Consult on all system development work across Eloqua and Salesforce.com and additional data sources with regards to use and quality of contact data. Manage the governance on data entry into both Eloqua and Salesforce.com.


What will you do:

  • Accountable for the UK Eloqua campaign development and execution process and reporting
  • Management of the operational tasks associated with the Lead Generation Programme including - lead to opportunity status tracking, customer request fulfilment, desk based analysis and reporting
  • Develop reports and dashboards to be used by the Management team for tracking, analysis and planning purposes. Reports to be compiled using Eloqua, SFDC, excel andpowerpoint
  • Work with stakeholders in UK EBU marketing & sales, Vodafone shared services and agencies to manage the compilation of updates and input for reporting purposes
  • Manage the quality & quantity of UK EBU contacts in Eloqua and SFDC, and manage updates of new contact data in to the systems

What you will bring to the team:

  • 7+ years’ experience of working in a B2B marketing team
  • Experience of using Salesforce.com and the Marketing Automation Software, Eloqua or equivalent
  • Strong reporting & analytical capability including excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint
  • Strong organisational skills, effective prioritisation and good deadline management
  • Team player, strong influence and relationship management skills along with educational capabilities
