About this role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with 3–5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing to lead the execution of medium to complex multi-channel campaigns. Based in Budapest, this role sits within the Digital Sales and Marketing team and involves end-to-end campaign management using marketing automation tools. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver personalised, data-driven campaigns while ensuring compliance with SLAs and quality standards.

What you’ll do

  • Validate and acknowledge campaign briefs, ensuring completeness of assets and sample data before SLA countdown begins.
  • Collaborate with clients to clarify requirements and manage complex campaign briefings.
  • Allocate resources and provide feedback on feasibility and completeness.
  • Build and test campaigns across email, SMS, MMS, and other channels, validating personalisation and logic.
  • Manage feedback rounds and ensure thorough QA using standard templates and checklists.
  • Execute campaign go-live activities, perform sanity checks, and confirm activation with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation and deployment records.
  • Produce regular campaign reports and post-implementation reviews.
  • Participate in performance reviews and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and manage escalation protocols.
  • Engage in regular client and supplier check-ins to ensure issue resolution and campaign success.

Who you are

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing using automation tools such as Pega, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Marketo.
  • BA degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a systems-thinking approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Skilled in customer relationship management, problem-solving, and deadline management.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail and process compliance.
