Your contribution:

  • Own the full lifecycle of IT solutions, from requirements gathering and design to delivery and transition to live operations.
  • Lead complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with IT architecture, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards.
  • Design and govern technical solutions, including high-level and detailed solution concepts (HLD/SDD).
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners, managing scope, budget (up to €5M), timelines, and quality.
  • Drive system impact analyses, performance planning, and lifecycle management for multiple applications and system groups.
  • Act as SOX Champion, implementing controls and supporting walkthroughs for SOX-relevant systems.
  • Represent IT in expert committees and business projects, contributing to strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

What Makes you stand out:

  • You have 9+ years of experience in IT project delivery, including at least 2 years in program management.
  • You’re confident in solution design, software development, and system analysis, with a strong grasp of data and process modelling.
  • You bring cloud expertise across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS, and are familiar with API integrations and modern IT architectures.
  • You have a proven track record in managing external solution partners and leading cross-functional teams.
  • You’re customer-obsessed, innovation-driven, and thrive in environments that value simplicity, trust, and speed.
  • You’re fluent in English and comfortable working in international, cross-border teams.

You must have

  • API integrations experience and familiarity with key concepts

  • Confident application of efficient and innovative methods of system analysis and software development
  • Mastery of project management methods

  • Strong Supplier management skills

  • Has above-average characteristics in methodological, social and leadership competences
