Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Architect & Integrator to design, implement, and manage robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure solutions. This role requires a versatile professional who can bridge the gap between architecture and operations, leveraging a strong background in virtualization, DevOps practices, and system integration to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Implementation: Architect and implement enterprise-level IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Virtualization Management: Install, configure, and manage virtualization environments, specifically using VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, etc.), to optimize resource utilization and support high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
  • DevOps & Automation: Drive the adoption of DevOps practices by automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment using tools like Ansible, Packer, and Terraform .
  • Container Orchestration: install, and configure Kubernetes (k8s) clusters and related containerization technologies (Docker) to support cloud-native applications and microservices architectures.
  • System Integration: Oversee the integration of diverse internal and third-party systems and applications, including managing and integrating SNMP interfaces for network monitoring and management.
  • Operating System Management: Provide hands-on expertise in the management and administration of Linux operating systems , ensuring their performance, security, and reliability.
  • Networking: Possess a strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and security to design robust and secure network architectures that support integrated systems.
  • Scripting & Programming: Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash scripting and leverage programming skills in Python for complex automation tasks, data manipulation, and custom tool development.
  • Documentation and Guidance: Create detailed architectural documentation, diagrams, and operational guides.


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of minimum 3 years as an IT Architect, Solutions Architect, or Senior Systems/DevOps Engineer in complex environments.
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of virtualization platforms.
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools ( Terraform , Ansible , Packer ).
  • Strong experience with container orchestration platforms ( Kubernetes and Docker).
  • Extensive experience with Linux administration and shell environments.
  • Proficiency in Bash scripting and strong development skills in Python are highly valued.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security.
  • Experience with third-party system integration, monitoring tools (like SNMP), and API management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
