About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IoT Service Consultant Lead to guide the IoT Service function and ensure the continuous evolution of IoT-related roles. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping service strategy, supporting large global IoT customers, and enhancing the maturity of IoT services by aligning with market trends, operational complexity and emerging customer needs.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and develop a team of IoT Service Consultants, providing direction and oversight across multiple IoT service areas.
  • Lead strategy development for proactive technical customer engagement, ensuring strong and sustainable service relationships.
  • Oversee IoT Service Consultancy activities, including service improvements, preventive and end‑to‑end operational assessments.
  • Perform contract validation from a service perspective for bespoke IoT agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support operational delivery and continuous improvement.

Who you are

  • Fluent English speaker with native-level German and an additional European language.
  • Experienced in ITIL Foundation, with knowledge of CSI and Operations.
  • Skilled in project management with strong technical expertise in IoT.
  • Effective communicator and negotiator, capable of developing and realising strategic goals.
  • Knowledgeable about E2E IoT operations, industry specialisations, and IoT regulatory, legal, and commercial frameworks.
  • Experienced in people leadership, with the ability to guide teams of 4–10 direct reports.
  • Hold a university or MA degree.
