About this Role

We are seeking an experienced IoT Scrum Master to establish and drive an agile culture across our IoT Enablement and Applications organisation. This role sits at the heart of our dynamic and fast-growing IoT Digital team, supporting the delivery of end‑to‑end IoT projects. The individual will lead agile delivery, coach teams, and ensure that every project meets expected timelines, follows agile best practice, and contributes to our strategic IoT growth agenda.

What you will do

• Take full ownership of establishing agile values, methods, and practices for IoT project delivery.
• Serve as Scrum Master, enabling discussions, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring smooth delivery without blockers.
• Lead and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives, demos, and release planning activities.
• Coach teams on agile standards and ensure consistency across all workstreams.
• Oversee correct setup and usage of CDI tools and ensure that documentation is updated throughout each sprint.
• Manage stakeholders and vendor interfaces, maintaining full visibility of project progress and risks.
• Support effective technical delivery in collaboration with product owners, delivery leads, architects, integration engineers, system integrators, and software developers.

Who you are

• Experienced in Internet of Things technologies and architectures.
• Skilled in software development concepts within internet, mobile, or communications technology environments.
• A strong communicator with excellent presentation and reporting skills in English.
• A Certified Scrum Master/Scrum Practitioner with a proven track record in complex agile software project delivery.
• Technically proficient, able to understand architecture, source code, and system behaviours to support efficient delivery.
• Highly organised, calm under pressure, and proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a collaborative and solution‑driven approach.
• Experienced in using CDI tools such as Jira, Git, Confluence, and Jenkins.
• Familiar with multi‑device and enterprise technologies (Java, Oracle Databases, ITIL, SOA), with cloud and data warehousing exposure being advantageous.
• Holder of a BSc or MSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.

Language requirements:

  • English (B2 or above)
  • Any other non-native language an advantage.
