About this Role

We are seeking an experienced IoT Onboarding Engineer to deliver high‑quality technology solutions across IT and telecommunication environments. This role involves analysing and validating IoT customer designs, defining technical configurations, and ensuring smooth delivery and onboarding across multiple regions. The individual will be responsible for managing complex deployments that combine cloud, global hosting and local infrastructure components.

What you’ll do

-Analyse and validate IoT customer solution design documentation and determine required technical configurations.
-Lead and take ownership of solution implementations during the delivery phase.
-Develop operational technical procedures to enhance build efficiency and simplify solution delivery.
-Play an essential role in the end‑to‑end IoT technical onboarding journey.
-Serve as the single point of contact for first‑line technical troubleshooting with IoT customers until solutions go live.
-Conduct assessments and validations of detailed IoT solution design documentation.

Who you are

-A graduate with a university degree, preferably in engineering, telecommunications, computer science, or a related technical field.
-Experienced in roles such as network engineer, technical designer, support engineer, or network architect.
-Knowledgeable in Telecom Core Packet Switching components including GGSN, PGW, SGSN, MME, DNS and BIG‑IP.
-Skilled in working with Cisco and Juniper technologies.
-Familiar with Packet‑Switched and Circuit‑Switched telecom networks such as GSM, UMTS, LTE and NB‑IoT.
-Proficient in protocols including GTP, RADIUS, Diameter, IP, BGP, MP‑BGP, MPLS, L3‑VPN and IPSEC.
-Experienced using Linux/UNIX or other open‑source operating systems.
-Capable of performing detailed analysis and implementation of IT and telecom hardware and software solutions.
