Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong backend development background and a passion for DevOps engineering. This role will lead a team of software engineers in designing, building, and deploying modern, scalable applications. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working with emerging technologies, and is motivated to influence engineering culture and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Platform Development and engagement
Mentor, and support a team of software engineers across backend, and DevOps functions.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable microservices using Quarkus and other modern frameworks.
Collaborate with architects and DevOps engineers to ensure efficient CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and platform stability.
Participate in technical design sessions, code reviews, and solution architecture discussions.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and container orchestration environments.
Champion modern engineering practices including automated testing, continuous integration, and containerization.
Ensure code quality, security, and performance best practices are applied throughout the development lifecycle.
Drive adoption of new tools, frameworks, and cloud technologies that enhance productivity and platform reliability.
Troubleshoot production issues when necessary – mentor engineers on best resolution path forward.

We Are Looking For You, If You Have:

5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or backend software engineering roles.
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Quarkus, or other modern backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, such as Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, or similar.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Proven ability to lead and mentor software engineers.
Strong knowledge of software design principles, clean architecture, and modern development methodologies.
Experience with API development, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog).
Knowledge of TM Forum Open API standards.
Familiarity with serverless architectures and event streaming platforms (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
Background in platform engineering or DevSecOps – knowledge of Jenkins, and GitHub actions.
