Your Contribution

  • Design, develop, and deliver enhancements and new capabilities on the Affectli platform to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Ensure developments follow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
  • Participate in solution design reviews and mentor junior developers to strengthen team capability.
  • Provide Level 3 technical expertise to resolve complex incidents and ensure platform performance, stability, and security.

  • Advanced Javascript skills with experience in modern frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of web application development and RESTful API integrations. - Advanced Javascript skills with experience in modern frameworks.
  • Additional experience considered a plus:
    • Data integration platforms (e.g., Apache NiFi).
    • Dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., Apache Superset, Power BI).
    • BPMN engines (e.g., Flowable).

You must have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, engineering, science, or mathematics.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer, with strong knowledge of frontend, backend, integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset, with a collaborative approach and willingness to mentor others.
  • Fluent English (C1) skills written and spoken
