Your Contribution

• Design, develop, and deliver enhancements and new capabilities on the Affectli platform to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and drive continuous platform optimization.
• Ensure developments follow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines.
• Contribute to solution design reviews and mentor junior developers to strengthen team capability.
• Provide Level 3 technical expertise to resolve complex incidents and ensure platform performance, stability, and security.

What makes you stand out

• Solid understanding of web application development.
• Advanced Javascript skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Additional experience considered a plus:
  • RESTful API integrations.
  • Data integration platforms (e.g., Apache NiFi).
  • Dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., Apache Superset, Power BI).
  • BPMN engines (e.g., Flowable).

You must have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, engineering, science, or mathematics.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack developer with strong knowledge of web application development.
• Proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused.
• Fluent English (C1) skills written and spoken
