Requirements

What you can expect:
You will be responsible, as a Telecommunications Sales Agent in the Wiesbaden TKS Shop, for providing advice in English and selling telecommunications services and products.
You will represent customers and process contracts in the customer management system.
You will support customers and process payments.
You will resolve customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach and help equip and maintain the appearance of the TKS store.
You will carry out sales promotion activities.

This position can be performed full-time or on a near-full-time part-time basis (at least 30 hours).
