Customer Management: Process customer contracts and payments within the customer management system.
Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
Shop Maintenance: Support the furnishing and maintenance of the TKS shop’s appearance and carry out sales promotion activities.
Potential transition routes: People from retail sales or customer service roles may bring strong communication and sales skills, alongside meeting the telecommunications experience requirements.

What you can expect:
You are responsible, as a Sales Agent in the shops in Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate, for providing advice in English and selling products and services.
You represent customers and process contracts in the customer management system.
You assist customers and process payments.
You resolve customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach and support the furnishing and maintenance of the TKS shop’s appearance.
You carry out sales promotion activities.
