Infinity Services Partner Company, a Managed Services Business wholly owned by Vodacom, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant within the Call Centre division based in Cape Town.

Role Purpose:
The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for call centre roles, including sourcing, interviewing, vetting, and onboarding candidates. The role ensures that staffing requirements are met efficiently while maintaining compliance with labour legislation and delivering a high‑quality, customer‑centric recruitment service. By combining recruitment expertise with a strong understanding of call centre operations, the consultant plays a critical role in building workforce capability, driving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Job Profiles: Develop job descriptions for recruitment, internal and external adverts tailored to call centre requirements.
  • High Volume Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for call centre roles (agents, team leaders, specialists).
  • Pre Screening: Conduct CV reviews and phone screening to ensure candidates meet minimum requirements (e.g., Grade 12, language proficiency, customer service skills).
  • Interviews: Conduct and Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes (face-to-face)
  • Placement & Onboarding: Manage offers and oversee onboarding processes.
  • Pipelines: Build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑volume recruitment for future business needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with call centre managers and Workforce Planning to understand staffing requirements and performance expectations.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes adhere to labor laws, BBBEE, EE, and organisational policies.
  • Reporting: Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, attrition rates) and provide regular updates to management.
  • Candidate Management: Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Must have Qualifications and Experience:

  • Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent*
  • Minimum of a B Degree with HR specialisation or SAQA Accredited Equivalent
  • At least 3- 5 years' experience in the high-volume recruitment industry
  • Experience in dealing with tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

  • Strong knowledge of call centre operations and workforce requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SAP HR systems and applicant tracking tools.
  • Understanding of South African labor legislation and compliance framework.
  • Experienced Recruitment Specialist who has managed high-volume recruitment for a demanding client base with a deep functional expertise.
  • Customers are obsessed with the experience of delivering a customer-centric resourcing service and demonstrating innovation in problem-solving as well as service delivery.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • An effective and persuasive communicator who seeks insight into business needs and acts as a knowledgeable advisor.
  • Strong networker who adapts well to changing priorities, demonstrates resilience, flexibility, and energy.
