Provide support to strategic projects and contribute to position Vodafone Portugal as a credible and constructive stakeholder in the telco and digital sectors.
What you’ll do
- Monitor industry trends and relevant national and EU policy developments to provide senior leadership of emerging risks/opportunities and informed positions;
- Prepare summaries, briefings, presentations and internal updates;
- Support the drafting of consultation responses, position papers and institutional communications;
- Stakeholder mapping, meeting preparation, engagement and follow-up activities;
- Support responses to information requests, ensuring compliance and liaising with internal teams as needed;
- Represent Vodafone in industry associations and meetings with key external stakeholders;
- Timely and accurate delivery of monitoring, research and briefing materials;
- Quality of advocacy contributions;
- Effective stakeholder engagement plans, representation and policy wins.
Who you are
- Degree in Economics, Law, Political Science, or related field;
- Strong interest in the telco and digital policy matters;
- Strong writing, analytical and research skills;
- Good organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Collaborative approach, excellent communication skills and ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships;
- Experience or willingness to develop policy expertise and stakeholder engagement capabilities;
- Initial experience or strong interest in public affairs, regulatory affairs, telco and digital policy or European affairs would be valued;
- English and Portuguese language (spoken and written).
