Key Accountabilities:
- Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with key government organizations which are of relevance to the company's businesses in China.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with local governments relevant to the business.
- Monitor and analyse PRC government policies, plans and regulatory environment which could have an impact on company's businesses in China proactively; assist in the development of company's business strategy and help to integrate potential impacts and considerations into relevant business plans.
- Proactively acquire market opportunities and support the needs of the business departments.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; 10 years above public affairs / public relations related working experience
- Prior working experience in the relevant government organization or the relevant domain preferred
- A keen understanding of the policy, regulatory, and geopolitical landscape in China
- Strong oral and written communications skills, fluent in English and Chinese
- Open-minded and respect cultural diversity; a team player and self-driven at work
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities. Possesses project management capability and strategic thinking. High execution capability and closed-loop management
