About this role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and forward‑thinking Product Management professional to define, own, and drive the end‑to‑end strategy and roadmap for Tech Platforms products. The individual will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, manage product lifecycle activities, lead sizeable product teams, and ensure the delivery of customer‑centric digital solutions. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working in a multi-market environment, excels at strategic thinking, and brings strong product ownership experience.

What you’ll do

Define and deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Tech Platforms.Manage and prioritise workstreams for allocated squads, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Lead the preparation and delivery of PI planning, including PI scope and PI objective approval.Collaborate with proposition, commercial, UI/UX, engineering, and market teams to shape and deliver customer‑focused solutions.Oversee vendor partnerships and manage product budgets.Gather, refine, and prioritise product and customer requirements.Analyse market trends and product performance to identify growth, optimisation, and innovation opportunities.Act as a subject matter expert for the product, ensuring clarity and direction across teams.Lead and develop a team of 10–15 junior Product Owners and Designers.Operate effectively in a complex, multi‑market environment with both onshore and offshore teams.Support digital transformation initiatives and integrate new business areas or product streams.

Who you are

Experienced in Business Analysis and Product Management for IT‑focused products.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.Skilled in leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement.Fluent in English with excellent research, analytical, and communication capabilities.Well‑versed in UI/UX processes and vendor management.Experienced in CI/CDHolds a Computer Science, Engineering, or similar educational background, with 8+ years of experience.Prior experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager is essential.Agile/SAFe certification is preferred.Confident presenter with strong planning and organisational abilities.
