What you’ll do

Ιn this role you will act as the bridge between Business and IT, owning and shaping demand by co-creating solutions that deliver business value. The Product Manager is responsible for translating business needs into clear product requirements and driving delivery within an Agile environment.

More specifically you will:

• Act as the primary liaison between Business stakeholders and IT teams
• Capture, shape, and co-create demand with the business, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
• Analyse business needs and translate them into clear product requirements and features
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to define optimal solutions
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business value
• Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning)
• Support the definition of features and user stories, ensuring clarity and readiness for development
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions
• Monitor delivery progress and support issue resolution and decision-making
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ways of working and Agile maturity

Who you are

• MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
• Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Experience in requirements analysis and solution definition
• Good understanding of Agile frameworks
• Experience working with Solution Architects and development teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business value
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Exposure to AI and automation tools for enhancing product processes, insights, or decision-making is considered a plus
