Job Description

Join Us

At Vodafone, we’re not just shaping the future of connectivity for our customers – we’re shaping the future for everyone who joins our team. When you work with us, you’re part of a global mission to connect people, solve complex challenges, and create a sustainable and more inclusive world. If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.

What you’ll do

Role Overview: Acting as a central driver of campaign execution, stakeholder engagement and political intelligence, the role will coordinate complex activities across markets, functions and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and generate measurable policy and reputational impact.

The role requires exceptional organisational skills, strong political judgement and the ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities simultaneously. Working closely with senior internal stakeholders and external political audiences, the individual will help translate campaign strategies into coordinated programmes of activity spanning political engagement, events, communications, stakeholder mobilisation and advocacy.

  • Campaign Delivery and Coordination: Lead the day-to-day execution of priority political campaigns, coordinating activity across policy, communications, market public affairs teams and external partners to ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Events and Political Programmes: Plan and deliver high-profile political events, roundtables, dinners, conference engagements and campaign moments, ensuring all activities support wider campaign objectives.
  • Campaign Operations and Governance: Own campaign tracking, reporting and planning processes, ensuring senior stakeholders have clear visibility of activity, milestones, outcomes and next steps across multiple concurrent campaigns
  • Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with political stakeholders, think tanks, industry bodies and other influencers, supporting the identification of engagement opportunities and coalition-building activities.
  • Political Intelligence and Opportunity Management: Monitor political and policy developments across key markets, identifying emerging risks, opportunities and stakeholder movements, and recommending appropriate campaign responses.

Who you are

  • Political Environment Expertise: Experience working in parliament, public affairs, political campaigns, political consultancy or a comparable stakeholder environment, with strong understanding of political decision-making processes.
  • Programme and Project Management: Demonstrable ability to coordinate multiple complex workstreams simultaneously, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong relationship-building skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes through collaboration rather than formal authority.
  • Event and Engagement Delivery: Experience planning and delivering stakeholder engagement programmes, political events, conferences, roundtables or advocacy campaigns.
  • Communication and Political Judgement: Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with sound political judgement and the ability to identify opportunities, risks and emerging trends.
