Role purpose:

The Organizational Effectiveness and HR Projects Specialist support the delivery of organizational effectiveness, workforce governance, and structured change execution initiatives across the business.
The role provides analytical, coordination, and execution support to reorganizations, operating model changes, and workforce-related initiatives, ensuring that data, processes, and governance requirements are applied consistently and accurately.

1.Organizational Effectiveness and Design Support:
• Support organizational design and effectiveness reviews, including spans of control, layers, management ratios, and role clarity.
• Prepare organizational diagnostics, org charts, and structure documentation.
• Ensure approved organizational structures are accurately captured and maintained.

2. Change Management and Reorganization Support:
• Support change management activities linked to operating model and workforce changes.
• Change impact assessments (roles, headcount, cost) and Tracking of change milestones and dependencies decisions.
• Support monitoring of execution risks and employee impact indicators during change initiatives.

3. Employment Cost, Headcount & Workforce Reporting, HR Metrics:
• Track and report on headcount, workforce movements, and employment cost and other organizational effectiveness metrics.
• Support workforce cost forecasting and variance analysis under guidance from HR leadership.
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports for HR, Finance, and leadership forums.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems and reports.

4. Job Architecture, Grading and Role Administration:
• Support job evaluation and grading processes using the Towers Watson methodology.
• Coordinate job evaluation requests and maintain grading records and documentation.
• Support governance processes related to role design and grading approvals.

5. HR Projects & Change Execution Support:
• Support HR and organizational projects, particularly those linked to change and transformation initiatives.
• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies and Prepare project updates, materials, and documentation.
• Support effective execution through disciplined tracking and coordination.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Technical Competencies
• Workforce data analysis and reporting.
• Basic organizational design principles.
• Exposure to change management principles and activities.
• Job evaluation and grading support (Towers Watson exposure preferred).
• HR reporting and project coordination.
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to HRIS systems.

Academic Background:
• Economics, Finance, HR related, Business Analytics, Mathematics, other.

Experience:
• 3-5 years in HR Analytics, Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Business Partnering, PMO, or similar analytical roles.
• Experience working with data, dashboards, modelling, or HR reporting.
• Exposure to job architecture or job evaluation processes is an advantage.
• Experience in multinational or fast-paced corporate environments preferred.
