Your day to Day

You will be responsible for translating Networks Strategy into actionable market plans aligned to key business priorities. As a team, we sit at the centre of the matrix between markets and networks domains and work with a wide range of teams and stakeholders from across Technology, Networks, VOIS, Business, Opcos and partner markets.

As Governance Manager, you will directly support their line manager & H.O function. They will be responsible for function governance, headcount management, communication strategy and the Cultural transformation, including Spirit Beat activities.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

•You will develop, define, plan & deliver the communication strategy for NPDDT function.

•Undertake evaluations/reviews of existing ways of working to identify gaps in performance and opportunities for improvement

•You will be accountable for governance of the overall NPDDT function, including extended leadership team meetings & tracking actions from NSE.

•You will own and lead cultural transformation programme. Provide effective leadership and management of NPDDT Spirit Beat Survey results and initiatives.

•You have financial and Headcount Management – Accountable for some basic financial planning and coordination and definition and coordination of the overall Headcount strategy for NPDDT in collaboration with Planning, Finance and HR.

•You act as single point of contact for NPDDT in offering support through timely and effective engagement of the proper business stakeholders.

•DOA/representation of line manager

•You will perform any other reasonable tasks needed to maintain a high level of quality and performance throughout within NPDDT including supporting on strategic evolution & transformation activities affecting NPDDT and in some cases E2E Networks, including supporting line manager to define appropriate approach, development of options, analysis of options and influencing internal stakeholders.

•You have ability to get things done in a matrix organisation. Adapts style and influencing skills to a range of complex situations and stakeholder needs.

•You have communication and presentation – Excellent verbal and writing skills, must also be able to deliver confident and engaging presentations at all levels.

•Stakeholder engagement skills – ability to articulate complex issues in a simple manner while adapting their communication style to the different levels within the organisation.

•You are feeling comfortable to work in a multicultural and multinational environment.

•Problem Solving and initiative – Has a proactive approach to managing activities and risks and ensures team adopts a similar approach to ensure successful outcomes.

•Strong attention to detail essential.

•Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.

•Comfortable with complexity, ambiguity & resilient under pressure

•You have minimum 5 years experience in a similar role

•English (B2 or above)
