Main accountabilities for the role include: </li> <li>Perform detailed analysis of proposed site designs to ensure they will deliver optimal network performance. </li> <li>Perform new site radio optimisation to ensure cells perform well when first activated. </li> <li>Ensure sites meet regulatory requirements and recommend design adjustments when required to maintain compliance. </li> <li>Provide clear feedback with supporting evidence where required regarding issues. </li> <li>Identify and prioritise investment requirements to drive better customer experience, build effective business cases to justify investment. </li> <li>Support development of less experienced members of the team and share knowledge openly and clearly to improve overall team skills. </li> <li>Produce evidence packs to support decision making where required to get issues resolved and secure investment where required. </li> <li>Use advanced data analytics skills to drive improved ways of working. </li> <li>Support regional manager as required to complete priority tasks. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Experience you’d be expected to have </strong></p> <ul> <li>Mandatory experience required for this role includes: </li> <li>Advanced Mobile Network RAN optimization/planning and/or RAN Performance knowledge. </li> <li>Ability at making decisions in ambiguous situations using incomplete information. </li> <li>Produce clear and effective communication both written and verbal to justify actions and drive business decisions. </li> <li>Experience of radio site designs and propagation models. </li> <li>Knowledge of crowd data sources and how they can be used to improve understanding of radio propagation and customer hot spots. message drill down and diagnostics. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred experience: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Data Analytics and the ability to process and investigate large datasets. </li> </ul> <p><strong>A FEW POINTS TO NOTE:</strong></p> <p>Although these roles are listed as full-time, if you’re a job share partnership, work reduced hours, or any other way of working flexibly, please still get in touch.</p> <p>We will also offer reasonable adjustments for the selection process if required, so please do not hesitate to inform us.</p> <p><strong>DON'T MEET EVERY SINGLE REQUIREMENT?</strong></p> <p>Studies have shown that women and people who are disabled, LGBTQ+, neurodiverse or from ethnic minority backgrounds are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single qualification and criteria.
