Your contribution:
For the role of Mng.of Innovative Connectivity Solutions we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills. The responsibilities include:

  • Support the Technology Strategy and Innovation department at Vantage Towers in delivering the Technology Products & Services Roadmap, with a specific focus on Small Cells, DAS, Connectivity solutions and cutting edge technologies. Enhance the existing technical solutions portfolio and drive results across product definition, implementation, integration, new services, support, and end-to-end product validation.
  • Contribute to process definition for new products and technical solutions, ensuring seamless implementation, integration, validation, and testing to achieve the committed roadmap.
  • Assist in defining cutting-edge telecom access strategies (Radio & Transmission) for Small Cells, DAS, Connectivity solutions, planning trials for the deployment of innovative radio infrastructure.
  • Oversee budget forecasting for the budget associated to Small Cells, DAS, Connectivity and DAS solutions in collaboration with the Business & Product teams.
  • Act as a liaison between Technology OpCos teams and local markets to facilitate the deployment of Access/Applications solutions.
  • Lead the strategy, process definition, validation, and integration of hardware, software, and applications in alignment with Vantage Towers' technology and innovation objectives, focusing on Small Cells and DAS solutions.
  • Propose and review preliminary DAS/RF solutions.
  • Conduct site surveys to ensure feasibility for deployment.
  • Engage with local suppliers to streamline procurement and deployment processes.
  • Monitor ongoing deployments and provide high-level technical support.

What makes you stand out:

  • Professional with solid experience and deep knowledge in mobile network deployment, covering 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies, as well as access solutions such as antennas, repeaters, RRU, BBU, DAS, Small Cells, and connectivity kits. Previous roles may include Solutions Architect, Product Manager, or R&D Manager in areas such as product integration, network services, support, or end-to-end testing.
  • Strong understanding of wireless telecom infrastructure, system architecture, network design principles, spectrum management, and hardware/software integration, especially in radio and transmission access solutions.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing new radio technologies and customer solutions, including leading international programs in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and business units. Experience in various network deployment scenarios, considering geography, population density, indoor/outdoor environments, ARPU variations, and use cases for fixed/mobile and enterprise/public access.
  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of five years of experience in fixed or mobile network development, network services, or radio design and deployment (active/passive DAS, repeaters, macro sites, etc.).
  • Experience managing complex projects/programs, dynamic teams, and budget planning. Strong end-to-end understanding of telecom networks and services (fixed and mobile), with hands-on experience in large-scale, multi-vendor radio and transmission networks.
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to challenge existing solutions and drive innovation. Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills. Comfortable working in virtual teams and engaging with cross-country clients.
  • Advanced level of English
