What you’ll do

• Responsible for managing the entire Network team within the organization. Ensures the team operates efficiently, delivers high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction, and adheres to company policies and procedures. .
• Accountable for maintaining uninterrupted communication, establishing and monitoring the required infrastructure, and delivering the best network experience to our customers.
• Manages the teams responsible from Network Experience Management who deals with network related customer complaints
• Manages the team who is responsible for Operation and Maintenance of Infrastructure of Kucukkaymaklı MTX and Ortakoy DC
• Monitor alarms related with entire PS Core-CS Core network , Roaming links (SGSN, GGSN, Charging Gateways, MSS , MGW, firewall etc) and take necessary actions to resolve the problem on a 7 day, 24 hour basis
• Manages the teams responsible from Level-1,2 trouble shooting activities for CS/PS Core network elements faults. Follow defined routines
• Manages the teams responsible from Accountable for objective determination of fault monitoring and first line maintenance operations for RAN and Transport.
• Manages the teams responsible from maintain the radio and backhaul network for Network strategy and achieve agreed KPI and SLAs .
• Responsible to communicate and redirect problems to other groups (BSS Operations, IN, VAS, or other operators or service or equipment suppliers) in case the probable cause is located in other domains
• Ensure the performing of 7 days /24 hours continues monitoring and First Line Maintenance activities of CELL,SITE,BSC, TRAU,RNC elements for all 2G and 3G network
• To set and achieve KPIs and SLAs of Radio Access Network (RAN) for Level 1&2 alarms 7days /24 hours in all 2G and 3G network elements in line with Network Strategy.
• Responsible for 2G & 3G & 4G & 5G Network Core & RAN & Transmission Planning

Who you are

  • Graduated from engineering Department(Electrical/Computer)
  • Min. 8 years telecommunications experience.
     Significant experience in GSM/UMTS/LTE where at least 5 years of it is in the RAN, PS-CS Core and Backhaul domains.
     Very good analytical and presentation skills.
     Significant experience in analyzing network measurements
     Experience in leading a team handling multiple projects.
     Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task
     Analytical thinking and capable to work in an ever changing environmentElectrical/Mechanical Engineer
