What you’ll do

The role is responsible for implementing and managing the Vodafone Business Academy, aiming to build a culture of learning and support organizational transformation, ensuring the comprehensive design, delivery, and evaluation of training e certification programs. This includes conducting learning needs analyses and defining the overall training, development, and accreditation strategy to align with business priorities and long-term objectives. Also drives indirect partners enablement strategies by designing and delivering training content and capacity-building programs for third-party partners.

  • Implements and manages the Vodafone Business Academy, overseeing the end-to-end design, delivery, and evaluation
  • Conducts learning needs analyses and defines the overall training, development, and accreditation strategy to address business priorities and long-term objectives
  • Acts as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for skilling and upskilling initiatives related Vodafone Business products and services across all Vodafone Business teams and strategic stakeholders
  • Drive partner enablement strategies, ensuring the design and delivery of training content and capacity-building programs for third-party partners
  • Establishes governance framework and performance metrics to monitors and evaluates the impact and effectiveness of training program Collaborates closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to embed a culture of learning, support organizational transformation, and anticipate future capability requirements

Who you are

  • University or College Degree in Marketing, management, or other relevant fields
  • Professional Certifications: Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in learning and training areas
  • Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing, controlling, and monitoring projects, ensuring compliance with best practices and successful delivery within expected quality, budget, and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
  • Adaptability to Changing Conditions: The ability to adjust to new conditions, work priorities, and organizational needs is crucial for maintaining productivity and effectiveness in a dynamic environment
  • Customer Orientation: A strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential for effectively conveying information, collaborating with team members, and engaging with stakeholders
