What you’ll do

We are seeking a Marketing Senior Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Business Team responsible for being the trusted digital advisor of businesses from all sizes by providing the best digital experience and future technologies. As the Marketing Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for two functions of the VBU marketing: Product Marketing Team and Marketing Development Team.

Lead the product marketing team & work closely with product teams in an agile structure: Create product-based go-to market strategies and product assets, conduct market research, analyze competitors, gather insights, and create the right marketing strategies and mixes
• Increase ARPU and life time value of customers by identifying their needs and briefing product teams for new products and solutions
• Develop product bundles to sell multiple key products at the time of acquisition
• Prepare product marketing roadmaps and implementation plans
• Track market share, sales performance, competitive positions in the ecosystem
• Manage Vodafone Business brand & communication budget
• Deliver excellent communications (events, ATL and BTL acitvities) that effectively cut through to decision makers
• Build trustmark via developing partnerships and co-marketing activities with strong companies
• Leverage international opco learnings/programs/offerings and introduce relevant ones to Turkish market

Lead the marketing development team: Responsible for setting and applying Vodafone Business marketing strategies, developing & performing action plans to increase penetration of Vodafone Business solutions in targeted sectors and focus areas
• Analyse and identify potential growth areas via data analysis, market research and customer insight analysis
• Develop partnerships with leading industry organizations in Turkey in order to reach new/target customer base and create impact with Vodafone Business solutions
• Increase Vodafone Busineess brand awareness and consideration among C-levels through PR, events, newsletters etc.
• Conduct content marketing and communication materials creation for digital demand generation and sales nurturing; prepare inspiring whitepapers, videos and marketing assets
• Track lead performance through event and marketing activities, and responsible from the realization of business case in projects
• Establish team spirit among team members and motivate the team for strong performance.
