About this role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Front-End Developer to support marketing activities by creating and maintaining digital assets such as HTML emails, responsive landing pages, and microsites. This role involves collaborating with marketing automation specialists, designers, copywriters, and campaign managers to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned solutions. You will also provide technical consultancy, mentor other developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding practices and technologies within the organisation.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain HTML emails, responsive landing pages, and microsites for marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with account managers to translate complex customer requests into actionable projects.
  • Provide technical consultancy and coordinate with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Organise and lead weekly frontend meetings at the department level.
  • Create and execute unit, end-to-end, and UI testing.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend training opportunities for the team.
  • Support knowledge sharing and upskilling initiatives across related areas.

Who you are

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HTML, React, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-value campaigns and websites.
  • Strong organisational skills with effective prioritisation and deadline management.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Team player with strong influence and relationship management skills.
  • University degree (BA level) and experience in Agile software development.Knowledge of programming design patterns (MVC, Singleton, Factory, etc.).
  • Experience implementing business logic for complex web applications with database connections or API handling.Ability to write clean, well-documented code and build single-page applications.
  • Marketing automation software knowledge is a plus.
