Role Purpose

Support the company by ensuring maximum revenue realization of products and services (from signals to cash) through revenue leakage detection and prevention, in addition to identifying unprofitable traffic scenarios and customer behaviour supported by analytics

Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership

  • Responsible of end to end traffic reconciliation across all streams (voice, SMS, data, video and MMS)
  • Communicate any issues that will impact company figures with our stakeholders (decision support, reporting, revenue accounting)
  • Handle interconnect revenue booking figures and invoicing issuance with Telecom Egypt
  • Responsible of loyalty movement validation and snapshot confirmation for revenue accounting team for booking
  • Handle VF cash transactions validation against recognized revenues
  • Rate validation & FRITS systems to ensure accurate implementation for rate plans, offers, subscriptions & recharges across different systems and ensure applying the fix of detected bugs
  • Report incidents impact and quantification (revenue loss and/or revenue prevention)
  • Contribute in achieving margin assurance group target
  • Automation expert

  • Bachelor degree of finance (mandate)
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles.

  • Excellent knowledge of computer skills (Mastering the MS office)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Advanced SQL knowledge is a Plus
  • Basic programing understanding
