About this Role
We are seeking a Business Assurance Analytical Specialist to ensure the integrity and efficiency of financial operations within the contract-to-invoice process. This role focuses on identifying and mitigating risks, improving controls, and analysing large volumes of financial and customer data to detect and prevent errors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Network, to maintain operational stability and drive continuous improvement.
What you will do
- Develop, manage, and operate automated second-line mitigations across customer settings, transactional data, billing, and profitability.
- Perform data analytics for root cause analysis and communicate mitigation gaps and risks to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with first-line teams to resolve leakage issues and design effective controls.
- Manage and maintain data sources, participate in company-wide projects, and propose measures to prevent errors.
- Ensure transparency and accuracy in contract-to-invoice processes.
Who you are
- Strong analytical thinker with attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data.
- Experienced in using analytical and BI tools with a proven track record in similar roles.
- Excellent communication and time management skills; comfortable working with international teams.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, including 1 year in a similar position.
- Degree in Economics, Business Informatics, IT, or related fields.
- Proficient in English (B2) and Italian (B2).
- Background in business or margin assurance within the telecommunications industry.
