About this Role

We are seeking a Master Data Management professional to support and manage onboarding and change activities across multiple master data domains, including Vendor, Customer, Material and Finance data. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality data management, stakeholder support, process excellence, project delivery, continuous improvement, digital automation and effective collaboration across global teams. The individual will help deliver operational KPIs, maintain service quality, and support strategic Supply Chain Management objectives.

What you’ll do

Manage master data process activities across Vendor, Customer, Material and Finance data domains.
Maintain high data quality through business-as-usual processing audits, daily audits and reconciliations.
Deliver mass master data changes using an agile and efficient approach.
Support project management activities, meet agreed timelines, contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) and align with stakeholder expectations.
Monitor and support achievement of team KPIs while maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to positive customer experience measures.
Provide quality assurance and ensure adherence to agreed service levels.
Resolve queries, troubleshoot operational issues and manage escalations effectively.
Support structural business model changes and volume fluctuations without impacting service commitments.
Contribute to digital automation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Review and guide management reporting, MIS activities and performance tracking.
Arrange training sessions for internal teams and stakeholders on processes and systems.
Support adoption of Supply Chain Management systems and processes globally.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT and shared services teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Contribute to health, safety and wellbeing initiatives within Supply Chain operations.

Who you are

Experience or knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes
Understanding of project management principles and delivery practices.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a changing environment and support continuous improvement.
Capability to influence collaboratively and communicate with impact.
Ability to support and motivate team members while working across multiple teams and locations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of commercial contract management, service levels and obligation analysis.
Ability to interpret contractual clauses and related documentation.
Knowledge of GDPR and Data Processing Agreement requirements.
Proficiency in SAP, MDG, Materials Management and Vendor Master processes.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Power BI
