
L&D Impact Performance Lead (VOIS)
Job Description
Role Purpose:
To deliver best-in-class learner experience and impact for Centre teams with a focus on functional capability development in COPS.
Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:
• Covering Planned Training demands across CARE UK
• Managing the performance of the learning experience to provide high impact and achievements of learning objectives.
• Monitors the learning journey end to end to provided wow class experience
• Managing the development plans for L&D Impact Instructors through observations and coaching plans.
• Owning the Digital reporting system to all the L&D Impact Instructors and CARE Learning classes
• Manage high learner impact and achievement of learning objectives by utilising the right delivery techniques “in the moment” (i.e. digital, face-to-face training, coaching incl. time for reflection etc.)
• Manage the provision of day-to-day service delivery and performance of the team
• Localise content of L&D solutions and decide on additional / amended delivery methods if needed (i.e. localisation), where needed to engage & facilitate with external suppliers to deliver key L&D priorities.
• Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• design and produce relevant training materials including e-learning courses
• Embraces and implements various types of training
• Create a development plan for all the L&D Impact Instructors to enhance the performance of training delivery
• Lias with different stakeholders
• Act as first point of contact for key share holder (“be the voice of L&D”) – ie, local HRBP, employer, supplier & wider global L&D team.
Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:
• Knowledge and understanding of VOIS Strategy& Spirit
• Facilitation of training and coaching
• experience at different levels of hierarchy
• Good experience in utilising virtual channels for facilitation
• Strong Knowledge and understanding of different Digital tools for Data Reporting ( Power Apps, Power-BI )
• Self-driven individual that connects quickly with individuals and audiences in order to build rapport
Must have Technical / Professional Qualifications:
• Fluent in written and Spoken English
• Significant experience with effective learning and development methods
• Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
• Excellent Leadership Skills / Coaching Skills
• Advanced Stakeholder management Skills in a matrix hierarchy
• Excellent Presentation Skills is a must
• Advanced PowerPoint Skills is a must
• Project Management Principals or equivalent
