
IT Retail Support Tech Sr. Specialist
Job Description
Role Purpose
The candidate will work as an application support during working hours and oncall, solve technical issues (global and individual), will be responsible for technical reviews, upgrades, service restoration, integration with back-ends and maintaining system's security. responsible for system deployment. Experience in one or more from (Siebel CRM, Provisioning, IVR and POS)
Role Profile
• Previous Experience in VF frontline Call center
• Cross functional communication skills
• Ability to manage change across different department and communicate with different levels of the organization
• High Time Management
• Fundamental Knowledge of project management
Competencies and Qualifications
- Demonstrates ability of team work, flexible, take initiative, set plans and executes them in addition to problem solving,handle multiple tasks/priorities
- Excellent Analytical, problem solving and Negotiation abilities.
- Ability to solve critical issues.
- Expert level in using customer care systems
- Very Good Analytical and reporting writing skills
- Very Good Presentation skills
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Programming experience
- Shell Scripting
- Java
- Unix and Linux
- Oracle database
- OpenShift & Containerization
- Analytical, problem solving and Negotiation abilities
- Years of Experience 3-5
