Role Purpose

This role is responsible for leading the technical/commercial aspects of achieving integrated solutions revenue targets. You will be providing strong technical sales, overcoming technical sales objections and engaging with key technical customers’ stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

  • Understands the customer business and technical requirements and objectives
  • Understand and analyse RFP requirements, business needs and challenges
  • Lead the opportunity assessment process
  • Collaborate with Account Managers Team
  • Identify and evaluates value- add alternatives, solutions to those alternatives.
  • Moderate the solution creation process by working with product owners/ Technical Solution Architects
  • Partner with Solution Arch./Pricing/Delivery excellence for effort estimation & Pricing
  • Lead solution presentation with the client
  • Adequate understanding of the laws, regulations and governance of critical deals and purchasing process and cycle
  • Respond to requests for information and requests for pricing.
  • Work with sales personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities.
  • Coordinate requirements and deliver proofs of concept to customers when needed.
  • Provide the management with regular reports including the figures related to integrated solutions sales across all segments
  • Maintain and ensure the consistency of target achievement in the VBU segment

Core Competencies

  • 1-3 years of enterprise accounts experience
  • Leads/participates in customer workshops during the sales/solution phase, and presentations and solution definitions and scoping activities during proposal submission
  • Willingness to understand and learn new use cases and unknown technologies
  • Strong personal presence, capable of engaging senior management and C-Level.
