About this role
We are seeking an Instructional Designer to support transformation projects and business-as-usual teams by creating engaging e-learning materials, user documentation, and internal promotional content. This role focuses on developing resources for global and local processes and systems within the SAP Transformation and Delivery team.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with project members and stakeholders, including Subject Matter Experts and Business Change Management teams.
- Design and develop end-user e-learning courses, quick reference guides, and bite-sized learning videos.
- Create promotional videos for internal communication to support transformation initiatives.
- Track and report progress on e-learning development, ensuring review and testing.
- Maintain and update existing e-learning materials to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users to evaluate and improve learning effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in e-learning development and delivery.
- Explore innovative methods for online learning creation and delivery.
Who you are
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experienced or interested in e-learning development and instructional design.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation.
- Proficient or willing to learn authoring tools such as PowerPoint, Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), and Vyond.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and facilitation skills.
- Basic project management experience and SAP knowledge are desirable.
