About this Role

We are seeking an L&D Specialist to lead and facilitate both Global and Local Induction programmes, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners. The individual will deliver induction and leadership development products, work collaboratively across VOIS teams, and ensure strong governance of all induction-related processes. The role requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to designing and implementing high-impact learning interventions.

What you will do

Facilitate and manage end‑to‑end Global and Local Induction programmes within VOIS.Deliver induction sessions and leadership development interventions that create an engaging learner experience.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth onboarding processes.Act as a key stakeholder for all L&D activities across VOIS.Create and support the delivery of soft skills and leadership training interventions.Promote and drive a digital learning culture.Monitor completion rates of learning interventions and support global scalability.Partner with business stakeholders to translate organisational needs into impactful L&D solutions.

Who you are

Experienced in working within virtual, multicultural, and matrix environments with a proven track record of delivering outcomes.Able to work proactively with minimal guidance, particularly on ad‑hoc requirements.Skilled at managing multiple priorities and taking accountability for decisions.An excellent communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills across all organisational levels.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Professionally experienced with 5+ years in an operational function, including at least 2 years delivering leadership development.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
