About this Role

We are seeking a Creative Designer who can deliver visually compelling digital and print materials that reflect VOIS’s brand identity and business objectives. The individual will independently manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and support colleagues through constructive peer guidance. This role is ideal for someone who excels in producing high‑quality, design‑led solutions, enjoys working with modern design tools and CMS platforms, and values continuous improvement within a fast‑moving environment.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and deliver a wide range of design projects, ensuring all outputs meet brand standards and business expectations.
  • Translate creative briefs into engaging design concepts across digital, print, and multimedia channels.
  • Produce design assets for marketing, digital commerce, internal communications, sales enablement, and campaign activity.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to maintain brand consistency across all materials.
  • Maintain a well‑structured design asset library, ensuring efficient reuse and continuous improvement of content.
  • Support colleagues by providing constructive feedback and participating in peer‑review processes.
  • Contribute to ideation sessions, presentations, and cycles of creative feedback.
  • Keep up to date with digital design trends, new technologies, and emerging AI‑based tools.

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years’ experience in digital or creative design within an agency or corporate setting.
  • You are fluent in English and confident in your written and verbal communication.
  • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have at least two years’ experience working with Figma
  • You bring strong knowledge of digital design principles, CMS workflows, and AI‑enhanced design practices.
  • You are highly organised, detail‑oriented, collaborative, and proactive.
  • You have experience supporting colleagues or mentoring junior designers.
  • You can present a portfolio and demonstrate proficiency working on Mac platforms and in Agile environments.
