The HR Services Advisor provides end‑to‑end operational HR services and expert support to employees, managers and the business across all entities in Portugal. The role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely execution of core HR processes in line with global and local policies, labour legislation, and statutory requirements.
What you’ll do
Payroll & Compliance
- Deliver end‑to‑end payroll processing, including salary payments, tax and social security compliance, reconciliations, bonuses, overtime, and statutory reporting.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts, remote working agreements, document control, final settlements, and equipment return.
Time, Attendance & Leave
- Administer time and attendance, absence management, and annual leave planning in compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Benefits & Rewards Administration
- Operate and administer employee benefits, including mobile plans, meal cards, fuel cards, company vehicles, pension plans, and other local benefits.
Occupational Health & Wellbeing
- Coordinate occupational health activities, including medical appointment scheduling and fitness‑for‑work certification tracking.
Outsourcing & External Workforce Management
- Maintain and manage HR information related to outsourced workers and service providers.
Reporting & HR Systems
- Produce official and management HR reports, maintain data accuracy, and execute HR transactions using global and local HR systems.
AskHR Support & Advisory
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on standard HR processes, ensuring consistent application of policies and a high‑quality employee experience.
Who you are
- Strong knowledge about HR Process as well as with IT HR Systems – SF and Meta4
- Ability to compile and analyse data from multiple sources to generate consolidated insights that address business challenges.
- Evaluates options and outcomes to support informed, data‑driven decision‑making.
- Strong customer‑centric mindset, aligning services and solutions with business needs.
- Manages end‑to‑end service delivery, driving continuous improvement to ensure service quality and compliance with agreed SLAs.
