Job Description

Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as VOIS) and we’re looking for a

HR Advisor - Spanish speaking

Your role in a nutshell:

Provide HR related employee support on all HR policies and processes via webchat and emails. Act as primary contact for employees, interfacing with other functions, Business Partners and 3rd party providers. Perform day-to-day administrational tasks using HR systems in alignment with HR processes and policies. Participate in projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage employee queries in written through real-time webchat and emails
  • Resolves complex HR related issues.
  • Registers queries in the appropriate systems.
  • Uses a case management tool to manage workload and to pass cases to other teams where appropriate.
  • Provides consistent advice and information, manages the resolution of queries against defined service levels; forwards those he/ she cannot resolve.
  • Is responsible for certain end-to-end HR processes (some of the following: payroll process, maternity process, relocation process, leaver process, time sheet collection, preparation of certificates of employment/ pay, distribution/ collection of documents in connection with income tax declarations of employees, administration of occupation health screenings).
  • Takes part in the induction of new joiners.
  • Takes part in process improvement projects. Suggests modifications in policies.

What you will bring to the team:

  • HR or Customer Service experience at a multinational company
  • Basic knowledge on HR systems, resourcing, reward and recognition, learning and development (desired)
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Intermediate English
  • High level of Spanish, both oral and written
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player who works well in multinational environment
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Attention to detail
