An opportunity for a HR Generalist has arisen within Airbus Operations, Madrid (Getafe).


RESPONSIBILITIES




We are looking for a motivated and versatile candidate to support HRBPs and Talent Aquisition Partners in their daily activities and projects, with the following activities :

- Support HR Administrative Processes in close link with HRBPs

- Accompany On Boarding & Off Boarding activities

- Analyse HR Data & create HR metrics & reports to follow up Team & HR Performance

- Accompany the team project leaders in the deployment of theirs activities

- Keep up to date documentation and contribute to the standardisation of communications.

  • Experience: From 1 to 3 years
