At Vodafone, our Commercial team ensures we remain admired by customers, colleagues, and communities. From managing our brand to marketing our services, leveraging data to provide our customers the best products and experience or enhancing the digital & in-person customer experience operations – our Commercial team does it all.

  • Marketing and Brand – Keeping our customers at the heart of what we do and ensuring that our brand and marketing strategy resonates with our purpose and the needs of our customers.
  • Customer Experience and Operations – You could become involved in every aspect of our multi-channel customer experience, from retail stores to our Vodafone app and website, helping us deliver the best customer experience possible.
  • Products and Services – The P&S team is responsible for developing numerous products for our consumers, from negotiating the latest handsets, to new and exciting products from our Home, Payments & Insurance, and TV portfolios.
  • Big Data – The Big Data team delivers state-of-the-art data and AI products and use cases to help our local markets leverage the power of data to help our customers.

What we’re looking for:

  • A 2.2 in any degree, although a related degree in Business Management, International Business, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing & Sales or modules is a bonus.
  • Recently graduated – i.e., a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between June 2024 and August 2026.
  • You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We do not accept the Graduate Route Visa.

Programme details:

Duration: Two years, including two 12-month rotations

Start date: September 2026

Location: London, Paddington HQ. Our hybrid working approach means you’ll come to the office as and when needed, with the rest of your time working from home. As a guide, you can expect to be in the office 40% of the time.
