We are recruiting STEM graduates to solve complex problems through the development of technology-based solutions in the field of physical and digital infrastructure. You will bring your technology and engineering skills to improve the built environment, while also helping the people who deliver and operate it adopt better ways of working. You will be working on some of the largest infrastructure projects in Europe and North America, helping to improve the way these society improving projects are delivered.

About our Information Management Team

You will join our growing Information Management team which provides industry-leading and award-winning consulting services. We work with our clients and their teams to help them harness digital opportunities, to tackle complex human, organisational, and data challenges. We do this by bringing together the best of our engineering domain knowledge and digital know how.

We support delivery organisation and operators globally to harness 'digital' and solve complex problems using Information Management. We are engineers and technology specialists; we understand infrastructure delivery and data through our practical experience supporting both through delivery projects and client organisations. We drive productivity in the delivery of assets in the built environment by harnessing technology, upskilling people, supporting behaviour change, and transforming processes. We believe more effective Information & Data Management is a key enabler to achieve wider societal goals such as NetZero.

Information Management

Our information management approach seeks to utilise data intelligently, connecting disjointed data environments to enable future use of the data throughout the entire asset life cycle. Our Information Management teams are deployed on a wide range of major projects developing Information Management strategies, implementing connected data environments, and working with a diverse range of people to share knowledge, and guide teams through new ways of working.

In your day-to-day role, you will be working with project teams to apply improved methods to capture, structure and communicate data. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing information-based systems. This might include databases, visualizations, design co-ordination or any other form of information within the engineering sector but ultimately focused on leading-edge solutions. You will work alongside some of the brightest minds in the business who will share your quest to learn, improve and transform the delivery of engineering projects. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders, supporting change in the way teams work, helping to embed new processes, tools, and digital ways of working. Our projects all vary in length and will cover a diverse range of fields, but the vision will remain the same, implement technology to improve our ways of working.

This opportunity will require you to be eligible to achieve security clearance. Security clearance is dictated by the types of projects we work on and normally requires you to be a UK British national or lived in the UK for five years or more.

To apply for this scheme, you will have less than 12 months experience and have a degree or are expected to achieve a Degree or Masters in a STEM discipline.

In your application you should be able to demonstrate your interest through relevant experience, such as studying relevant modules, or previous work experience.

We are looking for graduates with the following characteristics:

  • Methodical approach to problem solving

  • Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members.

  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail and be able to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing.
