About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead global recruitment administration and operational delivery for Vodafone markets. Based in VOIS India, Pune, this role holds end-to-end accountability for Talent Acquisition (TA) administrative services, including executive hiring support, youth hiring operations, vetting administration, analytics, and market insights. The individual will act as a subject matter expert for TA operations, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Heads and senior stakeholders to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality recruitment services aligned with local and global requirements.

What you’ll do

  • Lead a geographically distributed team of Talent Acquisition administration and operations professionals to deliver the organisational TA strategy.
  • Oversee Youth Hiring operations across Vodafone European and African markets.
  • Drive Executive Hiring operations for Group Leadership roles, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Enable Executive Talent Market insights to support succession planning and leadership pipelines.
  • Manage vetting administration across multiple markets, coordinating with candidates, TA partners, and external vetting agencies.
  • Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition administration for multiple Vodafone markets.
  • Support recruitment-related purchase order administration and execution.
  • Deliver LinkedIn Talent Insights as a value-added TA service.
  • Manage recruitment analytics and reporting, tracking key TA performance metrics.
  • Set direction, operating standards, and performance expectations for the team, with full supervisory responsibility.
  • Ensure daily service delivery meets agreed KPIs, SLAs, and project milestones.
  • Leverage ATS platforms, systems, and data to optimise hiring processes while adhering to Vodafone policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Who you are

  • An experienced Talent Acquisition leader with deep knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
  • Confident in using ATS platforms, recruitment systems, and data-driven reporting tools to drive efficiency and insight.
  • Knowledgeable about employment legislation, regulatory compliance, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • A people leader who coaches, develops, and enables high-performing, engaged teams.
  • A trusted partner to senior stakeholders, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and solutions-focused, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionally customer-focused, committed to delivering high-quality experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Brings an external market perspective on emerging TA trends and best practices.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in leading recruitment teams to achieve KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within a multinational, matrixed organisation is essential.
