What you’ll do
Our HR function enables the organisation to maximise the contribution of people to the delivery of our strategic goals. In our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, we are seeking for a high-caliber tech recruiter, who will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of critical TA projects, partnering with key stakeholders of commercial divisions. More specifically you will:
- Own and deliver critical TA projects with focus on Vodafone’s Commercial divisions, acting as an expert consultant to multiple stakeholders
- Deliver restless research, high-quality assessment of potential, skills and behaviours as well as functional excellence throughout the TA process, to ensure that our TA KPIs will be met (candidate experience, time-to-hire, diversity etc.)
- Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers across different teams, to analyse hiring needs and deliver effective attraction, sourcing and selection strategies aiming at hiring top-tier talent
- Collaborate with Vodafone’s global TA community, sharing best practices and co-working on the effective launch and adoption of future-ready TA tools with AI-based functionalities
- Participate in Employer Branding initiatives and represent Vodafone in career events and meet-ups
Who you are
- You have gained 2+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience within a tech-driven environment
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills and capability of managing multiple projects in a tech-driven, fast-paced and agile environment
- You have learning agility, resilience, genuine curiosity and passion for technology
- You have strong critical thinking and judgement ability as well as advanced communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- You seek the opportunity to be an evangelist of a high-performing brand and a “be yourself” culture, connecting experienced and young talent with our tech EVP
