About this Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who will drive the end‑to‑end hiring lifecycle while building meaningful relationships with stakeholders and candidates. This role focuses on understanding business needs, leading recruitment processes, collaborating with sourcing teams, and ensuring an inclusive and seamless experience for all applicants. The individual will also contribute to enhancing our employer brand, ensuring high‑quality talent pipelines, and supporting onboarding excellence.

What you will do

Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers across designated business units.Conduct intake discussions to understand hiring needs, competencies, and role expectations.Partner with sourcing specialists to design and execute effective recruiting strategies.Screen applicants, conduct HR interviews, evaluate alignment with Vodafone Spirit behaviours, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Maintain accurate and timely updates on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including Eightfold and SuccessFactors.Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and employer brand initiatives.Advise hiring managers on selection tools and structured interviewing practices.Advocate for a positive candidate experience through transparent communication and feedback.Manage escalations, ensuring a strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) and an inclusive experience for all applicants.Lead offer management activities in partnership with hiring teams, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.Contribute to brand‑consistent, gender‑neutral job descriptions and recruitment collateral.Support pre‑onboarding and onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

Who you are

  • A graduate with 7+ years of relevant experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
  • Skilled in consulting, communication, stakeholder management, and time management.
  • Proficient in Boolean search, Microsoft Office tools, ATS/SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, and AI‑driven recruitment technologies.
  • Analytical, data‑driven, and capable of improving processes to enhance hiring efficiency.
  • Experienced in corporate or staffing environments (preferred).
  • A self‑starter with strong business acumen and the ability to work independently.
