Job Purpose
As Cyber Agile Portfolio Analyst, you will be joining the Cyber Agile Portfolio Management team and will facilitate the Cyber leadership team, and stakeholders in operating effectively together and reducing risk across Vodafone.
This role will work closely across several key stakeholders in Cyber Security and Strategy teams. The role holder facilitates communication, gathers information, distributes, and creates content and enables engagement, alignment on Cyber priorities and delivery.
The Cyber Agile Portfolio Analyst will own the relationship with one or more Cyber functions, delivering services such as financial management and reporting, resource management, portfolio governance, risk, and audit response management.
The role holder will have to be passionate about working in Technology and helping drive a continuous improvement and risk reduction mindset, and to be willing to build knowledge and understanding of Cyber to help execute the role well.

What you’ll do
- Participate in Cyber budget squad and support budget planning and in-year budget activities for Cyber
- Produce internal Cyber finance (briefings, slides etc), ensuring key messages are tailored to audience and objectives context., Support the budget across Cyber teams
- Manage resource planning, both onshore and offshore, across Cyber teams
- Plan, lead and communicate the Cyber portfolio governance ceremonies, such as, Portfolio Review, PI Planning, DB Business Planning or reviews with VOIS.
- Ability to coordinate and ensure deadlines are met for various reporting cycles, Own ad hoc discrete programmes that emerge through the year that require coordination across Cyber teams
- Manage meetings ensuring appropriate agenda and prep is in place, that time is spent efficiently, and actions/next steps are captured and communicated with clarity and clear ownership
Who you are
- Proactive analytical approach to planning and risk management
- Knowledge in forecasting and budgeting. (SAP experience is desirable but not mandatory)
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build effective relationships and navigate across levels and functions with ease and diplomacy, building trust and confidence.
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight timescales.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- A global mindset to work well alongside our different teams and cultures
- Ability to understand issues at both Operational and Strategic levels and to influence stakeholders to action
- Experience working within Agile (SAFe) environment
