About this Role
We are seeking a Digital Content Specialist to join our agile, multi-disciplinary team supporting the UK consumer market. The individual will create, update and maintain digital media assets including webpages, responsive emails, banners, and promotional content. This role is ideal for someone with strong content editing experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams while adhering to brand guidelines and digital standards.
What you will do
- Update and maintain relevant web pages to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct periodic reviews of digital content to uphold high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather up-to-date, well‑structured information for publication.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance customer journeys and overall experience.
- Contribute to cross-functional project work within the wider team.
- Utilise a Content Management System (including headless CMS environments) and support others in its use.
- Work within project management tools to manage tasks, revisions, and deadlines effectively.
Who you are
- You bring 3+ years of content editing experience.
- You have advanced proficiency in content management systems, ideally headless CMS platforms.
- You demonstrate strong business acumen with an understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
- You possess excellent writing, verbal communication and project management skills.
- You show strong attention to detail and can work with precision, including during evening or night shifts.
- You can interpret creative briefs, apply brand guidelines and adjust tone of voice as required.
- You are highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- You collaborate well across geographies, functions and teams.
