About this role

We are seeking a Business Analyst who will play a key role in shaping and delivering change across VOIS by translating business needs into clear requirements, insights, and actionable recommendations. This role sits within Business Operations and Transformation, partnering with stakeholders to improve customer and colleague experiences, optimise processes, and support the delivery of effective, measurable solutions from discovery through implementation.

What you’ll do

Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, define problem statements, and agree on measurable outcomes.Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements using appropriate techniques such as interviews, workshops, observation, and data analysis.Develop and maintain high-quality artefacts including process flows, business requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and data definitions, ensuring clarity and traceability.Support solution design by assessing options, constraints, impacts, and dependencies, and providing evidence-based recommendations.Define acceptance criteria aligned to business outcomes and support testing activities, including user acceptance testing planning, scenario definition, and defect triage.Manage requirements traceability and change control across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.Support change and adoption activities, including communication inputs, training needs, and transition to operations.Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise, and enhance ways of working.

Who you are

An experienced Business Analyst with around four or more years of experience across end-to-end project or change lifecycles.Confident in independently managing requirements and stakeholder alignment.Skilled in business and data analysis, requirements definition, process mapping, and value mapping.A clear communicator with strong analytical thinking, facilitation capability, and a collaborative, curious mindset.Comfortable working with tools such as Jira or Microsoft Planner for requirements and workflow management.Ideally hold, or are working towards, relevant certifications such as IIBA (ECBA™, CCBA™, or CBAP®), PMI-PBA®, Agile BA, Scrum, SAFe, or ITIL® 4 Foundation.
