About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support digital transformation projects within the Core Transport Operations function. The role involves working across multi-party, cross-functional teams to manage the full project lifecycle—covering pipeline coordination, requirements gathering, solution design alignment, RoI assessment, and delivery tracking. The individual will serve as a trusted partner in ensuring smooth project execution, timely communication, and accurate documentation across multiple domains

What you will do

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to manage the new project pipeline.
• Gather, document and maintain functional and non-functional project requirements.
• Support solution design and assist in quantifying delivery effort.
• Conduct RoI analyses by evaluating implementation effort against expected benefits.
• Contribute to business case creation and prepare supporting senior stakeholder presentations.
• Collaborate closely with external teams to progress delivery activities.
• Raise project demands and follow through until completion.
• Track project timelines, dependencies and blockers to ensure accountability.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across senior leadership.
• Support backlog and sprint management processes.
• Maintain project reporting frameworks and documentation.
• Strengthen knowledge management systems and drive communication of benefits.
• Identify bottlenecks or process gaps and propose improvements.
• Support technical challenge resolution with analytical insights.
• Participate in regular cross-entity meetings to align on project status.

Who you are

• Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Experienced in project management with sound understanding of digital delivery lifecycles.
• Skilled in time management and capable of coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Numerically proficient with strong analytical ability.
• Familiar with telecommunications concepts or eager to develop domain knowledge.
• Competent in Excel, PowerPoint and digital workplace tools.
• Knowledgeable about business analysis fundamentals.
• Exposure to Power BI or Power Apps is beneficial.
• Possessing PRINCE2, SAFe or similar qualifications is considered advantageous.
